Sunday Morning Worship Service

Sunday Morning Worship Service ~ Join Us In-Person

IS THIS INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

This will be INSIDE of our church building. Sunday Service is IN-PERSON and ONSITE.

IS THERE CHILDREN’S CHURCH?

Yes, Children’s Church will be available while the adults are in the Sanctuary.

IS THERE A MUSICAL WORSHIP TIME?

Yes! If you are familiar with Calvary Chapels, then you’re already familiar with our style of music. You can hear a very small sampling of just some of the type of songs that we use for Worship.

We will have a time of Contemporary Worship in a congregational setting.

IF YOU’RE SICK OR FEELING SICK

Before coming to the church building, please consider the following questions. IF YES, please remain home and take advantage of joining us online.

1. Are you experiencing flu-like symptoms? Sore throat, cough, aches and pain, malaise, fever?
2. Have you had a fever of 100.4F or higher in the past 2 weeks?
3. Did you have prolonged exposure to a person positive for COVID within the past several days?
4. Do you have any medical reasons why you shouldn’t be around others?

Wearing of masks is according to individual conviction.  There’s conflicting information throughout the medical community that makes it impossible to come up with a definitive position whether they are helpful.  However, please respect each person’s conviction and refrain from being unloving toward those who either wear them or refrain from wearing them.

If you need a mask, please see the Greeter upon your arrival, or ask someone on our servant team and one will be freely provided for you. Masks are available near the entrance. Hand sanitizers are available as well.

Let’s not be fearful of coming in to fellowship, praying for and encouraging each other (Hebrews 10:24-25). “With all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” (Ephesians 4:1-3)

If you are sick, feel sick, have a fever or are COVID-19 positive, you will need to please stay home and not risk the health of others. This goes for all illnesses when you are ill and may spread communicable diseases, and not only COVID-19.

HOW LONG WILL THE SUNDAY SERVICE BE?

The entire time is roughly 1 hour.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON A TYPICAL SUNDAY?

The following is what you can usually expect on a typical Sunday with us. Our time begins with musical Worship with Contemporary Christian Worship Music. This is followed by a brief time of Announcements and any updates needed.

We then have a Bible Study, where we go in-depth through a portion of the Bible. You can listen to hundreds of our past Bible Studies going through the Bible.

When we close, we sometimes have a time where people can be prayed for and pray for one another.

Stick around for fellowship afterward and to meet people.

CAN I INVITE OTHERS TO THIS SUNDAY SERVICE?

Yes, please do! We expect you to be inviting others to share in this with us!

Share this with all who wish to attend an IN-PERSON, ONSITE Sunday Service in the Queens area of New York City.
