Calvary Chapel At The Cross teaches Bible Studies through the entirety of the Holy Bible, every book, every chapter and every verse. Through the grace of God, our church has completed the teaching through of the entire New Testament’s 27 books, and the entire Old Testament’s 5 book Torah (Pentateuch).
On Sunday mornings, we are now on our 2nd time teaching through the entire New Testament.
Jesus Christ bought the church, owns the church, builds the church upon Himself and builds the church His way.
Jesus commanded the church to make disciples by teaching them to observe all things that He has commanded us. In the church today, there’s a dire need for making disciples by teaching the entirety of God’s Word, and to learn God’s Word within its context. Doing so will greatly safeguard the church against false teachings, and guard those who would lead God’s people away from the simplicity that is in Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 11:3).
As Jesus has authorized the church to make disciples through the teaching of God’s Word, it’s crucial to remember that we teach people to be obedient to the commands of Jesus Christ.
Christian discipleship is impossible, unless we teach God’s Word!
In His Great Commission, Jesus authorized the church to do one main thing: make disciples.
