The disciples of Jesus seemed to constantly argue about who would be the greatest. This pride and selfish ambition became a spiritual blindness and a stumbling block. As a result, they weren’t able to love one another but instead were pushy and into self-promotion. Jesus tries to correct this and point His followers to a life of self-sacrifice!
